ENACOM PUSO LAS COSAS EN SU LUGAR: LA ESTACIÓN FM 107.9 NO ES ILEGAL
El organismo dejó sin efecto la resolución que declaraba la ilegalidad de nuestra emisora y reconoció nuestra voluntad de regularizar la situación para obtener la licencia definitiva.
"Que del análisis de los actuados se vislumbra la voluntad del interesado en regularizar la situación legal de la emisora a fin de la obtención de una licencia para la prestación de un servicio de comunicación audiovisual por modulación de frecuencia".
Mientras la cuestión se dirime en la justicia, corresponde dejarnos trabajar con normalidad y sin interferencias. ¡Los legales queremos sonar bien!
